On the last page we introduced our factory on Senphus’ manufacturing capabilities, our most important products are heating alloy wires and heating cables based on heating alloy wires. These products have gained a leading market share in China due to their consistent quality, competitive pricing, and faster delivery times. We now delve into our service offerings. In addition to providing customers with products branded "神辉/Senphus," we can also act as your "OEM" and "ODM" supplier.
OEM: Senphus Group provides OEM manufacturing services to our customers. Senphus does not procure raw materials, unless specifically requested by the customer. We produce, package, and ship goods according to the terms of the contract, and offer product warranties. Typically, under this model, Senphus does not actively participate in product research and development. We only provide compensation for damages caused by non-human factors during the manufacturing process. Products Senphus can manufacture under this model include: heating cables, electric heated floor heating, pipe tracing heating cables, industrial heating blankets, car seat heating pads, car steering wheel heating wires, and more.
ODM: Senphus Group provides ODM services to clients. Beyond manufacturing services, Senphus leverages its interconnected upstream and downstream industrial chains to participate in the design of certain products. For example, when Client A commissioned the production of electric heating floor panels, they frequently encountered issues with faulty connectors. They sought Senphus Group's assistance in developing a new connector. Senphus' R&D engineers were involved in the redesign of the connector, improving the connection method for the extension cable. The modified connector underwent rigorous stress testing in Senphus Group's laboratory. Following successful testing, Senphus' subsidiary factories continue to manufacture the products according to client specifications.

After undergoing high-temperature smelting, the molten metal embarks on a transformative journey through
multiple automated production lines. These lines work in concert to steadily draw the raw material, transforming
it into a precisely crafted alloy wire.
Each step in this process is meticulously controlled, ensuring the wire meets the required specifications.
The journey begins with the molten metal being poured into molds, where it cools and solidifies into a rough,
unrefined form known as a alloy Ingot.
This alloy Ingot then enters the first stage of the drawing process. Here, it is passed through a series of dies,
each progressively smaller than the last. As the alloy Ingot is pulled through these dies, its diameter is reduced,
making it longer and thinner. This process is repeated multiple times, with the alloy wire passing through
progressively smaller dies until it reaches the desired diameter.
The entire process is automated, utilizing sophisticated machinery to ensure consistency and precision.
Sensors and feedback systems constantly monitor the alloy wire's dimensions, temperature, and other
critical parameters. This meticulous attention to detail ensures that the final product meets the rigorous
standards required for its intended application.

To achieve this, we implement a stringent two-step quality control process:
1. Extreme Environment Testing: Each product undergoes rigorous resistance testing within our quality control
lab's high- and low-temperature chambers, simulating extreme conditions.
2. Standard Temperature Testing: Subsequently, the products are subjected to resistance testing under
standard temperature conditions in the same quality control lab.
