This manual is established and implemented in accordance with the requirements of ISO9001:2015 standard.

1.0 Promulgation order
Based on the "Quality Management System - Requirements" ISO9001:2015, combined with the company's actual situation, the company has established the CX-QM-001 A1 version of the "Quality Manual", which is now officially approved and promulgated for implementation.
This manual is not only applicable to the establishment, operation and maintenance of the company's management system, but also applicable to the company's commitment to customers, as well as the basis for applying for management system certification to third parties. All employees should carefully study and implement it, and pursue continuous improvement to ensure that customer requirements are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
The "Quality Manual" is a programmatic document for the company's management work, a regulation that must be followed in the operation of the company's management system, and a code of conduct for all employees. Therefore, all departments and all employees of the company are required to study and implement it carefully, fulfill their duties, and fully maintain the authority of this manual to ensure the effective operation of the company's management system, and pursue continuous improvement to ensure that customer requirements are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
This manual can also be provided to customers and other relevant parties and third-party audits.
2.0 Management, scope of the manual
2.1 Management of the manual
2.1.1 This manual is planned and organized by the General Department based on the requirements of the ISO9001:2015 standard, and is promulgated after being approved by the general manager.
2.1.2 This manual is divided into controlled and uncontrolled versions. The controlled manual is stamped with the words "Controlled Document" on the cover.
The distribution objects are the general manager, management representative, department heads related to the operation of the system, and other relevant personnel who play an important role in quality management. The uncontrolled manual (including electronic documents) is mainly used for external provision, and only a distribution registration is made when it is distributed, without tracking and control.
2.1.3 The identification, distribution, application, archiving, change, revision, recovery, destruction and other management work of the quality manual shall be organized and implemented by the General Department in accordance with the specified requirements, and shall be implemented specifically in accordance with the "Document Control Procedure".
2.1.4 The applicability and effectiveness of this manual are verified through internal audits and management reviews.
2.2 Scope of application:
2.2.1 The products covered by this manual: the production and sales of alloy wires.
2.2.2 The scope covered by this manual: this manual is applicable to all parts, production and service processes of the company, as well as the places, departments and relevant personnel affected by these processes.
2.2.3 The system requirements covered by this manual: this manual covers all standard contents except for the clause 8.3 "Product and service design and development" of the ISO9001:2015 standard.
Explanation of inapplicable clauses: The company's products are produced and accepted in accordance with national standards and technical agreements signed with customers. Therefore, the requirements of clause 8.3 "Product and service design and development" of the ISO9001:2015 standard are not applicable. The company ensures that the product and service design and development requirements of the quality management system that are not applicable do not affect the organization's ability or responsibility to ensure product and service conformity and enhance customer satisfaction.
