CuNi19 is a copper-nickel alloy composed of approximately 81% copper and 19% nickel, with small additions of iron and manganese for improved strength and corrosion resistance. This alloy is widely recognized for its exceptional resistance to corrosion, particularly in marine and saline environments, and its ability to withstand biofouling, stress corrosion, and erosion.

CuNi19 offers a combination of high mechanical strength and excellent ductility, making it ideal for demanding industrial and marine applications. It also exhibits good thermal conductivity, essential for heat transfer applications, and moderate electrical conductivity suitable for specific electrical uses.
