Pure Nickel N02200/Nickel 200/2.4060/NS5200/N5 Pipe Tube/Plate/Strip/Bar/Rod/Forging For Chemical Processing Equipment
Nickel 200 (UNS N02200) is a commercially pure wrought nickel (≥99.6% Ni) known for its excellent corrosion resistance, high thermal and electrical conductivity, and good mechanical properties. It performs exceptionally well in reducing and alkaline environments and is resistant to acids, alkalis, and neutral salts. Nickel 200 offers excellent ductility, making it easy to fabricate and weld. It is widely used in chemical processing, marine, aerospace, power generation, and electronic applications. With outstanding performance in extreme temperatures, it is ideal for heat exchangers, electrical components, and caustic handling equipment. Its low carbon content minimizes carbide precipitation in high-temperature environments, ensuring superior durability and reliability.
